I believe in the dynamic relationship between our body, mind and spirit. I believe our mental health is directly related to our physical health and when we nurture our bodies, we heal our minds. While talking about problems in therapy is a powerful means for gaining insight and inspiration, changes must be experienced in your body, not just your mind.
Transformation requires you not only change your thinking, but also your behavior. Your lifestyle habits.
Lasting transformation cannot happen on your own. You know, you’ve tried! Your life changes when you have a knowledgeable and caring coach to guide you and a community of like-minded people to support you.
My personal challenges as well as my experience as a therapist and yoga teacher influence my work as a lifestyle coach. My work combines the behavioral science of habit change with the ancient healing traditions of yoga and Ayurveda. This blending of the east and west helps you integrate into your daily lives all you've learned in therapy and other life experiences. As a result, you begin to thrive in body, mind and spirit.
