I believe everyone is capable of making the changes they want for themselves and in their relationships. For over 15 years, I have had the honor of witnessing transformation and healing in each of my clients. Working with me will help you know yourself on a deeper level, learn new skills, shift undesirable habits, and cultivate true joy.
How i work:
My approach to mental health care is a little different than the typical therapist.
- I lead a dynamic group of women in the Vibrant Body/Wise Mind year-long program. Here, you learn and practice simple, yet profound lifestyle habits to take charge of your mental and physical health. You join a community of women who are also committed to their personal growth. You receive individual coaching from me as well as support from other course members. You discover how cultivating routine and balance not only heal your body and your mind, but create the foundation for which to live your best life.

- Some clients want to go deeper. They want individual coaching for their specific life goals. We'll know you're ready for this one-on-one work when your lifestyle habits are automated, your mind and mood are stable and you're motivated to dig deep.
