I believe everyone is capable of making the changes they want for themselves and in their relationships. For over 20 years, I have had the honor of witnessing transformation and healing in each of my clients. Working with me will help you know yourself on a deeper level, shift undesirable habits, and cultivate true joy.

How i work:

  • As a coach, I lead a dynamic group of women in the Vibrant Body/Wise Mind program. Here you learn and practice simple, yet profound lifestyle habits to take charge of your mental and physical health. You join a community of women who are also committed to their personal growth. You receive individual coaching from me as well as support from other course members. You discover how cultivating routine and balance not only heal your body and your mind, but create the foundation for which to live your best life.
