Realizing you're addict is no joke and getting sober takes an extraordinary amount of courage. The feelings that come up when you begin to wiggle free from the grips of your addiction can be overwhelming to say the least. You have to learn a whole new way to be in the world. You have to figure out new relationships, new routines. And you have to figure out who you are. Sober.

It's a lot of work! But it is totally worth it.

After getting clean, staying sober is the next chapter on your journey. When the initial momentum of getting clean slows and the reality of living sober sets in, therapy can be helpful. In therapy, you begin to explore the parts of yourself that were shut off when your coping behaviors took over. You begin to explore past experiences and the beliefs about yourself and others that resulted from them. You begin to form a new identity. One that makes sober life worth living.

I'll help you figure out who you want to be and the small steps you need to take to get from here to there. You'll leave our work feeling more confident in your ability to stay sober and with greater clarity about how to live your life's true purpose.
